Free 2 hour parking is available at street front and along the north side of the clinic.
Physician Referrals:
Thank you for allowing us to care for your patients, current response time is 48 hours. Receive a consult letter within 3 days after initial visit.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand things don’t always go the way it should.
Please provide us with as much notice as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
Appointments missed, forgotten or cancelled within 2 business days of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of $100. There will not be another appointment booked until full payment is received.
